Helping Families Access Resources and Benefits – ENGLISH

Veena Birring Hayer, Family-School liaison for POPARD is presenting a virtual workshop for REACH families to help them access resources and benefits. Many families of children/youth with diverse special needs are unaware of resources that they may also be eligible for, and some of these can be confusing to navigate or access. This session will provide an overview of:

• Supports available through MCFD for children/youth with special needs and their families.
• Federal benefits and supports
• Community resources and charitable funding supports
